The Origin
From 2005 to 2019, we ran a successful IT services company, but on two occasions, we fired our small customers because our target market evolved. When we sold our business to a much larger firm, we knew they would also fire more of our smaller customers. As part of our non-compete, we started a new IT services business and designed it from the ground up to focus on customers with offices with 10 or fewer people.
Our name comes from the planet Pluto, which is so small and far away that it is often overlooked and marginalized, though there is no doubt in its significance. Micro businesses often experience the same disregard when it comes to B2B services, so we started a company to change that.
